A sample week for one venue in Valencia. Nothing here is live yet.

Three things a photo can't do.

The rota goes out Sunday night. On Tuesday, Ana swaps with Luis. Sunday's photo is still in the group.

Publish once. Everyone sees the same rota.

A change on Thursday updates on every phone; nobody keeps an old photo.

Swaps are requested from the phone.

Staff propose, the colleague accepts, you approve with one tap. The grid updates itself.

Registro de jornada comes from the shift.

Clock in from the phone against the planned shift. The 12-hour rest is checked before you publish. The month closes for the gestoría in one file, kept four years.

The spreadsheet and the photo, compared.

Ten rows against the Sunday spreadsheet and the WhatsApp photo. The spreadsheet wins three, and the table says so.

From the sheet to the first published week.

Four steps. The first one is a CSV; the last one is a file for the gestoría.

  1. Bring the team.

Upload a CSV with name, role, venue and weekly contract hours. Fixed, part-time and extras, one row each.

  2. Build the week.

Fill the grid, one cell per shift. Shiftplot flags a rest under 12 hours and hours over contract before you publish.

  3. Publish.

One tap. Everyone gets the same rota on their phone, and from then on changes come in as requests.

  4. Close the month.

Clock-ins sit next to the planned shifts. On the 28th, export one file for the gestoría.

One price per venue.

Per venue and month, ex. VAT, no lock-in, people unlimited. The three arguments above are in all three plans. Hire three extras for August; the bill doesn't move.

What it connects to.

Nothing here is live. Planned means we have read the documentation of their API and it is on the list. Names belong to their owners; there is no agreement with any of them.

Questions we get.

Does Shiftplot exist yet?

No. Shiftplot is a concept by fabrica, a branding and web studio in Barcelona: today it is this website, a sample week and a waitlist. The list tells us whether enough people want it built. If they do, you hear first. If they don't, we write to say so and delete your address.

What happens when I request access?

One email, right away, to confirm we have your address. Then silence until there is something to try. No calls, no drip sequence. If you reply to that email and tell us how you make the rota today, we read it.

Does it count as registro de jornada?

That is what it is built for. Article 34.9 of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores asks for a daily record of each person's start and end time, kept four years. Shiftplot takes both from the clock-in against the planned shift and exports them for the gestoría. The rota on its own is a plan.

Can I bring my Excel or Google Sheets rota?

Yes. Export the sheet as CSV, one row per person with name, role, venue and weekly hours, and upload it. That is the team. The first week you build in Shiftplot, cell by cell, and publish.

Where is the data kept?

Today the only data is the email you leave in the form. It reaches fabrica's mailbox through Cloudflare and Resend, and the privacy page says how to have it deleted. If the product gets built, the rota and the clock-ins are yours to export as CSV, PDF or iCal, and the registro stays four years.

What counts as a venue?

One place with its own rota: a restaurant, a bar, a shop, the beach kiosk you open in June. Two rooms in the same building with one team are one venue. Three venues on the Group plan pay 3 × 49 €, whatever the headcount.

Three venues, one rota. Request access.

Nothing here is live yet. Leave your email and we write when there is something to try; if it never ships, we say so.
